As a part of the South Dakota Synod, your congregation is a member of Lutheran Planned Giving of South Dakota and can benefit from our advice and counsel. LPGSD can help your congregation establish a Mission Endowment Fund and also assist individuals and families in finding ways to include faith giving as an integral part of their financial planning.

Augustana College

When you give a gift to Bethany Lutheran Home you are helping support skilled nursing care, therapy services, chaplain and social activities, all in a Christian setting. Bethany Meadows Retirement Community in Brandon offers independent, assisted living, memory-care and individual Garden Homes. Additional plans are being made to build a new skilled nursing home and a new income-subsidized assisted/independent living facility. Bethany Outreach Ministries conducts health screenings, parish nurse clinics and congregational support. Bethel Lutheran Home and Bethel Foundation in Madison

Our original nursing home has evolved since 1962 into a “continuum of care,” offering skilled nursing, assisted living, congregate housing, and intergenerational day program, serving over 110 people each day. The Bethel Foundation has endowments in the areas of chaplainry, charity, and scholarships and provides financial support to Bethel’s ministry. Gifts given to Bethel can be directed to supporting the programs and services within the Bethel Community or the work of the Bethel Foundation.
